Rolls-Royce is a strong supporter of InterEngineering, collaborating together to increase LGBT+ Inclusion in Engineering companies. Rolls-Royce’s LGBT+ Network is Prism and Prism is the Rolls-Royce standard of LGBT+ Networks.
Why is Rolls-Royce supporting InterEngineering?
At Rolls-Royce, we’re committed to developing a diverse workforce and an inclusive working environment. We believe that people from different backgrounds and cultures give us different perspectives. And the more perspectives we have, the more successful we’ll be. By building a culture of respect and appreciation, we can give everyone who works here the opportunity to realise their full potential.
We are proud to have been working with InterEngineering since 2015. By doing so, we are able to show that Rolls-Royce welcomes and values LGBT+ employees, allowing them to be themselves and to be at their best.
InterEngineering provide us with the opportunity to engage with other engineering organisations and LGBT+ networks, creating a community that supports one another in sharing good practice and creating inclusive environments. Our relationship with InterEngineering has directly resulted in Rolls-Royce being able to work collaboratively with companies such as Balfour Beatty and Airbus, to the benefit of each business and their LGBT+ employees.
