Diversity Champions is a programme run by Stonewall to provide a good practice forum for employers committed to sexual orientation diversity and inclusion.
More About the Diversity Champions Programme
For an annual cost of £2’500 per country within the UK, companies can get one-to-one advice from Stonewall’s workplace team, as well as access to various networking events, forums and literature to help them measure and improve diversity and inclusion for LGBT employees.
It should be noted that engineering is an industry largely formed of small to medium enterprises who are unlikely to afford membership to this scheme; even if they are dedicated to equality within their organisation.
