This year in Manchester we are acknowledging the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall riots, a pivotal time for LGBTQ+ rights. Come and march with Airproducts and InterEngineering and show your support for LGBTQ+ rights.
At InterEngineering, we connect, inform and empower engineers who identify as LGBT+ and engaging supporters who share our mission. Since our launch in 2014, we have grown to over 900 members with four active regional groups in London, South West, North West & the Midlands.
We are leading the way for change across the engineering sector through combating homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in the workplace, on-site and in education.
This year we are generously supported by Airproducts and are looking forward to marching with them in London and Manchester. Please book your place with us here and we will be in touch a few weeks before the parade on our plans for the day. Bring your friends and family along too!
Prior to the parade, we are meeting at the Mamucium, before joining the parade close by.
Things to Remember/know:
- Wear comfy shoes
- Be on time
- Stay hydrated (bring a water bottle)
- Wear sunscreen
- Have a fabulous time!
