We are joined in our panel discussion by Shruok El-Attar & Martin Wheeler.

Shrouk El-Attar (she/they) – wants to show the world the true diversity of what engineers look like. And that, yes, you can absolutely be a belly dancer and a kick-ass engineer at the same time! She has been listed BBC 100 most influential women in the world in 2018, United Nations refugee agency Young Woman of the year 2018, and IET Top 6 young women engineers in the UK in 2019 & 2020

Martin Wheeler (he/him) – Martin was the former vice president of engineering at GSK. With extensive experience in the pharmacecutical sector globally. Martin will delve into his background designing the pharma products of today which have made a difference to all of our lives and his experience of coming out in the workplace.
