WSP and InterEngineering have a long history and we are proud to be partnered with WSP. WSP hosted our first good practice event all the way back in 2015 and we have been working together ever since. We are looking forward to a long and bright future together.
Why is WSP supporting InterEngineering?
WSP supports InterEngineering because we’re committed to building an inclusive culture that respects the contribution individuals make to our company.
To help deliver on our commitment, WSP has an internal LGBT+ Network, called VIBE, which stands for Visibility & Inclusion within the Built Environment, which provides support for our staff and pushes for change within the company and the industry.
It’s not just the right thing to do. It’s critical to building the culture of innovation, engagement and performance that helps us deliver exceptional results for our clients, our employees, and the communities in which we operate. It’s in line with our Guiding Principles which determine the culture we choose as an organisation.
We believe that by creating a stimulating, respectful, safe, and enlightened work environment, we will attract – and retain – talented people. Real inclusion means encouraging and supporting people with varying backgrounds and experiences to fulfil their potential. It’s about providing a professional and fair working environment where colleagues are treated with dignity and respect.
